Refund and Returns

1- Delivery time is 3-5 working days.
2- Refund or return is available within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
3-The shipping company’s systems do not allow opening the order before delivery
4-Shipping fees apply in case of returns or refund.
5-How to exchange or return your order?! Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will send a representative to collect the items. Once we receive them back and inspect the items (in their original condition), the payment will be refunded via bank transfer or Vodafone Cash.
